Try to select at least two Goalkeepers & six Defenders for your squad (minimum)........ with Midfielders & Strikers you have some leaway, in as much as, you can change the formation (i.e. 4-4-2 or 4-3-3), but you must always field one Goalkeeper & four Defenders.

Think very carefully about selecting eleven 'superstars' instead of a more modest selection of performers that will give you a little more strength in depth, there is always the Transfer Window opportunity in January to help with this. Of course if you can afford the best of both worlds, then this will not worry you.

The more you actively manage & rotate your squad, the more enjoyment you will get from it, but do not be afraid to lose points by taking a break - sometimes this can help managers with mental fatigue - managing a Premiership squad is not as easy as it sounds ; & if you do take a 'rest' you can rely on the auto-sub feature to keep your points tally building for you providing you have replacements on the bench.

Prizes
This competition has been defined as a pools style competition & therefore the prizes are in Cash & are determined by the amount of stake money left over after running costs & the necessary duties have been deducted - so, the more, the merrier!

1st prize will be 70%, 2nd prize will be 20% & third prize will be 10%, there may even be one or two other prizes of footballing merchandise! '(we are working on that one)'
